On Valley Oak.
Chewing noises coming from behind a redwood carving lead me to see a large carpenter bee and the wood shavings. Promise the noise was so loud I wanted to record it and send to someone in the bee field. I also saw a large carpenter bee, presumably the same bee, fly behind the wood plaque covered in pollen.
