Encontrado en ambiente lentico, donde se encontraba mucha hojarasca, sedimentos organicos acumulados y algas, el sustratos rico en minerales.
Only 2 tails - various photos aren't all the same individual. WaterWatch ALTS key suggests it's a Beetle larval species. Longish tails, dark heads. Can't find specifically in key pictures
Diving Beetle, only one seen (so not common). about 12-14mm long. 2 points at tail end which itself is fairly pointed (tail end). Different beetle species from that in photo taken 11.03am
Different antennae to other observation from 11am (this one longer and finer). No points at tail end
