seawitchhag's Identifications

Although the plant in this observation is certainly of interest to me, I mostly made this observation for what I found alongside the plants. I suppose this rock is part of some kind of project? I'm not on FB, but I might open an account, just to look into this! :D
I believe the plant in question is a Virginia Creeper; they're relatively common in this area, and this specimen lacks the pale undersided leaves of Thicket Creepers. However, I'm not entirely certain, so any input would be appreciated. :)
