not great pict - identified by eye through size and lankiness as coopers but head cut off by branch and tail kind of neutral between two hard to tell for sure from this sample
Sharp shinned or Coopers? I'm going with S.S. because of its diminutive size.

Juvenile. To me, larger beak and legs than sharp-shinned and not as prominent eyes. Breast stripe seems intermediate beween thick and thin stripes.

a just recently fledged coopers hawk on a succesfull hunt....still sporting newborn coloration..
