I am currently using an OM Systems OM-1 'micro fourth thirds' camera, the OM 90mm & 30mm macro lenses.

(on land) Godox v350o flash, a homemade reflector/diffuser that looks something like the Cygnus or AK, and a mini head torch focusing light.

(underwater) Backscatter MF-2 flashes

Processing with open source tools: darktable, darktable-cli, focus-stack, enfuse, exiftool on macOS via binary packages, homebrew, and sometimes from sources (GitHub)

Also sometimes an Olympus TG-6 or a Samsung S10e
