Currently a data scientist with the National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON), I have a lifelong fascination with the world around us. Past work includes some time recording humpback observations from a whale watch boat out of Gloucester MA, digitizing plant specimens for the New Mexico State University herbarium, doing plant phenology/observation field work in the Chihuahuan Desert, and studying red crossbills. Nowadays, I just take photos of whatever I want to learn more about :).
