I am an algebraic geometer and did my graduate studies in my home state at the University of Oregon. For the 2023/2024 year, I am a visiting assistant professor in the math department at Carleton College in Northfield, MN. I am very excited to learn a new set of plants in a new state!

Oregon's native orchids are some of my biggest motivators for botanizing trips, followed by Ericaceae. On iNaturalist, I like identifying Ceanothus, west coast Asarum, Brodiaeoideae, and absolutely any plant from Josephine County, OR. Please feel free to tag me for IDs!
