Biologist, Ornithologist working for QUERCUS A.N.C.N.
Master's student in Conservation Biology, interested in taxonomy and bird ecology, and its applications in conservation.
Favorite taxa to photograph are, without a doubt, Diptera, Lepidoptera, Odonata, Squamata and Aves.
I am currently working on Master's dissertation using next-generation sequencing and DNA metabarcoding to describe and analyse the diet of four highly aerial insectivorous birds: Red-chested Swallow Hirundo lucida, Wire-tailed Swallow Hirundo smithii, White-rumped Swift Apus caffer and Little Swift Apus affinis in Guinea-Bissau.
