Retired electron microscopist living on 40 isolated acres of meadows and oak-pine forest in the Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area, with local deer, wild turkey, gray squirrel, skunk, bobcat, coyote, black bear and occasional cougar as nearest neighbors; a sanctuary for us and them. Chronically over committed, so many interests to pursue, causes to support, too few hours in a day.
