Hello,

I am a wildlife biologist and educator living in San Diego, California, USA, as well as a docent at the nearby Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. Although my masters was in avian behavioral ecology, I have had the privilege to work with a variety of endangered species (birds, small mammals, butterflies, and fairy shrimp). Stemming from my experience with restoration projects and pest management, I am particularly interested in botany and entomology. I look forward to sharing what I know as well as learning from the worldwide community.
