Growing through Leucopogon fasiculatus. This serpentinite endemic subspecies though formerly common is it would seem now in serious decline through possum (Trichosurus vulpecula) browse. Although this subspecies is generally difficult to find because it grows under and through other shrubs I know it very well and have been alarmed at how few plants I am now seeing after some 26 years of visiting this location. Those found are really seen fruiting and most have their young growth nipped off by possum.
