The History of the Decline and Fall

From here on out the days will chart the history of the decline and fall of the temperate summer, that green empire built in June and July. What better than to commence this history than with the harvest of some Bottlebrush Grass seed. These long-awned seeds will be sown in a couple promising spots in our yard latter this fall.
