Judge: Pacific fisher must be reconsidered for protection.

On Monday, a judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California ruled the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service must reconsider the denial of Endangered Species Act protection for Pacific fishers. Environmental groups are calling that a win.
