May 1st is almost here!

The science says The Diana begins to emerge at the beginning of May but keep your eyes out just in case they are early! Remember, the species will feed on most any nectar plant so find a nice bunch of spring flowers near a treeline and get your camera out. Smart phone tip: If you hold the button down on an iPhone it will take a succession of photos. That way you can be sure to catch the upper and under sides in a photo.
