Boundary update

A minor update:
To enable easier tracking of observations unique to COMO Metropolitan Bangkok, the boundaries of this project has been reduced from what previously was the entirety of Bangkok to cover only the hotel vicinity. If you have any suggestions of additional areas to add to the project boundary, please feel free to feedback as well.
