Some kind of fungus growing on two kānuka trees. A pale pinkish white colour and fluffy

Tahuna Torea, Glendowie, Auckland.

On Tamarix sp.

Many exuviae (see photo 4). Adults fairly common .

Although this is my first observation for this genus, I may have ignored/overlooked them until now.

Small fly found inside house. Body length 2.0-2.5 mm; total length including wings almost 4.0 mm.

Sighted several times in the previous couple of weeks before seeing this individual on an outdoor table nearly dead.

Male (white band on front legs) found on a desk in the warehouse

Missing two legs and half of one on both sides.

Black spider with proportionally large abdomen with red and yellow symmetrical markings. Found under rock, in dirt.
