Bird-lovers, visiting flocks make Galt Winter Bird Festival a destination.

Migratory birds traveling along the Pacific flyway flock to Galt each winter, making it a great spot for bird-lovers to gather, too.

On Jan. 20, the Galt Winter Bird Festival will give visitors — human or avian — a day of their own. This year, the festival is based out of a new (or old) venue: the Chabolla Community Center.
