2021 NH BioBlitz Results!

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in the NH BioBlitz! With your help, thousands of observations were made on town lands all over the state, providing useful natural resource information to New Hampshire communities.

Over 300 people visited town-owned land in New Hampshire during September and submitted almost 7,000 observations! There were 1,166 species found in 106 NH towns. Local experts led walks at seven town-owned properties, where 115 people learned to identify insects, trees, dragonflies and more.

There were 10x more observations made on town lands this September compared to September 2020, and 4x as many species were recorded! These observations help NH communities learn more about their natural resources.
