Nature Walk
Went for a walk today around the Reservoir at Boston College. I embarked at about 4:30 pm and walked for about 40 minutes. My friend Justin and I walked almost fully around the reservoir during the 40 minute time period. We took turns recording the observations we found as our own. I have been to the reservoir many times but never realized the biological diversity present there. For example, whenever I see a bird on the water I assume it is a duck, but the observation feature suggested that there were multiple species of birds on the reservoir. The multitude of tree species was also something I found to be surprising. Overall, the walk was a great opportunity to explore a familiar area with greater awareness.
